Welcome to Bringo (“App”, “Platform”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).
By accessing or using the Bringo mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.


1. Nature of the Platform

Bringo is a hyperlocal marketplace and service facilitation platform that connects users with nearby third-party sellers, service providers, delivery partners, drivers, and vendors.

Bringo does not own, manufacture, store, sell, or deliver products directly, unless explicitly stated.


2. User Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Bringo.

  • By using the App, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.


3. Order Placement & Acceptance

  • All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Orders may be cancelled by Bringo or the seller due to:

    • Unavailability of items

    • Service area restrictions

    • Technical issues

    • Safety or regulatory concerns


4. No Return, No Refund Policy (Strict)

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

This applies to:

  • Grocery

  • Food

  • Pharmacy

  • Parcel delivery

  • Services

  • Rentals

  • Any other quick-commerce category

Exceptions (if applicable):

Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing items

  • Damaged items at the time of delivery

Such issues must be reported immediately at delivery or within the app-specified time window.

Bringo’s decision on refunds is final and binding.


5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

  • Deliveries are subject to:

    • Traffic

    • Weather

    • Order volume

    • Store preparation time

  • Partial deliveries may occur if some items are unavailable.

  • Customers must ensure:

    • Correct address

    • Reachable phone number

    • Availability to receive the order

Failure to receive the order may result in no refund.


6. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are set by individual sellers or service providers.

  • Prices may vary by location and time.

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

  • Bringo may charge:

    • Platform fees

    • Delivery fees

    • Handling fees

    • Convenience fees
      (all clearly displayed before checkout)


7. Seller & Service Provider Responsibility

  • Product quality, quantity, legality, and compliance are the sole responsibility of the seller or service provider.

  • Bringo is not liable for:

    • Product defects

    • Service dissatisfaction

    • Expiry issues

    • Medical or professional advice


8. Pharmacy & Medical Disclaimer

  • Medicines are dispensed only by licensed pharmacies.

  • Prescription medicines require a valid prescription.

  • Bringo does not provide medical advice.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.


9. Service Bookings

  • Service timelines are estimates.

  • Service outcomes depend on third-party professionals.

  • No refunds for completed or partially completed services.


10. Parcel & Logistics

  • User is responsible for:

    • Declared contents

    • Legal compliance

  • Prohibited items are strictly not allowed.

  • Bringo is not responsible for:

    • Hidden contents

    • Illegal shipments

    • Improper packaging


11. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Provide false information

  • Harass delivery partners or sellers

  • Attempt fraud or chargebacks

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.


12. Account Suspension

Bringo reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Block access without prior notice
    in case of policy violations or misuse.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bringo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the last transaction.


14. Force Majeure

Bringo is not liable for delays or failures due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government orders

  • Network failures

  • Pandemics

  • Events beyond reasonable control


15. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks belong to Bringo.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.


16. Privacy

User data is handled as per Bringo’s Privacy Policy.


17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governed by the laws of India.

  • Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Karnataka.


18. Changes to Terms

Bringo may update these Terms at any time.
Continued usage implies acceptance of revised terms.
